09.00 - Doors will open to players and their guests.
09.00 - 11.00 - Registration at security desk outside playing area.
(Any player not registered by 11am will be eliminated.
11.00 - Draw done.
12.00 - Tournament Commences.
The draw will be made by the ProTour Manager Keith Bisby following the procedure agreed between the PDC and PDPA at the deadline for registration on the day of each event. The list of entries is available on www.pdc.tv & www.pdpa.co.uk
AS THE DRAW FOR THIS TOURNAMENTS WILL BE CONDUCTED ON THE DAY, ALL PLAYERS MUST REGISTER BY 11AM OR THEY WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE DRAW. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS!
Players will be allowed two bona-fide guests at each event, guests names must be emailed to [email protected] by 10pm on Friday November 23. Please note that no-one wearing football shirts, tracksuits, shorts, ¾ length trousers will be admitted, or children under 11 years old.
Parents or guardians who have children who look under 11 will be asked to show proof of their age before being allowed entry to the playing area. There will no exceptions to this rule
- Best of 7 legs up to and including the Quarter Finals
- Semi Finals Best of 9
- Final Best of 11
The player on the left of the draw will throw first for the bull to determine who throws first in odd-numbered legs.
Please Note. We are using the DartConnect scoring system, so all games will be scored on tablets using a digital system, not by using dry-wipe boards.
Rules & Dress Code
These events will be played under Darts Regulation Authority Rules, and in accordance with the PDC Order of Merit rules which are available at www.pdc.tv. The full DRA Rule Book is available at www.thedra.co.uk.
Players are referred to DRA Rule 5.17 in relation to Playing Attire for tournaments, with trousers, shoes and a collared shirt/polo shirt required. Queries regarding individual attire should be addressed to the ProTour Manager ahead of the event you are participating in.
Mobile Telephones & Internet Browsing Devices
For the benefit of competing players and their guests, mobile telephones MUST be turned off before entering the playing area, internet browsing devices are also not permitted within the playing area. If players and guests require to use their phones they must only do so in the BAR AREA. Players failing to comply with this will be referred to the DRA and guests will be asked to leave the Arena.
Alcoholic Drinks – Important Notice
Please be aware that no players or guests are allowed to bring alcoholic drinks into the venue for any of these events.
All players and guests will be subject to a bag search by PDC Security before admission to the venue is granted. Only alcoholic drinks bought inside the venue are allowed to be consumed.
Smoking & Drinking
Players are not permitted to smoke inside the venue (this includes the use of E-Cigarettes) or to drink anything but water during play. This includes having a drink from the table behind you whilst your opponent is throwing or between legs. This rule will be strictly observed.
