All 128 PDC Tour Card Holders will now qualify straight into the Ladbrokes UK Open from 2019 onwards, with the field complemented by 16 Rileys Amateur Qualifiers and 16 qualifiers from the 2018 Final PDC Unicorn Challenge Tour Order of Merit.
The UK Open’s unique open draw format will remain in place, with the Tour Card Holders being exempt from the early rounds based on their PDC ranking, details. See rules below, which will be added once confirmed.
Play will again be across eight stages simultaneously at the Butlin’s Minehead Resort from March 1st-3rd with the action culminating with the quarter-finals, semi-finals and final on the main stage on Sunday.
The UK Open’s top prize will increase to tournament record £100,000 in 2019, with a total prize fund of £450,000 on offer and being paid down to the last 96. Ladbrokes will become the title sponsors of the UK Open for 2019, 2020 and 2021 in a switch from sister company Coral.

(16) Rileys Amateur Qualifiers ‘
The details for the 2019 Rileys Amateur Qualifiers for the Ladbrokes UK Open have been confirmed ahead of the knockouts to be staged in January and February. A total of 16 players will win spots in March's UK Open at the Butlin's Minehead Resort, where they will compete alongside PDC stars.
Entry will cost £8 including a drink (£3.50 cashback in Greenock), with entry available online at www.rileys.co.uk/uk-open or by calling the Rileys Head Office on 01908 887 463 if paying with a debit/credit card.
Entries close 48 hours before each event. All qualifiers will be the best of seven legs. Play will commence at 1200 GMT for each qualifier, with registration from 0900-1130 GMT. Qualifiers will receive a Rileys shirt to wear during the UK Open, as well as a £100 contribution towards their expenses.
PDPA Associate Members who do not win a PDC Tour Card at Qualifying School are entitled to enter the Rileys Amateur Qualifiers. Players are permitted to enter more than one Rileys Amateur Qualifier event.

2019 LADBROKES UK OPEN RULES:
Tour Card holders will enter from round one onwards depending on their position on the main Order of Merit as follows:
- 97–128: first round + 16 Rileys Qualifiers + 16 CTOoM Qualifiers
- 65–96: second round + 32 Winners from round one
- 33–64: third round + 32 Winners from round two
- 1–32: fourth round + 32 Winners from round three
- Fifth round (Last 32) the winners from round four
- Last 16 is the 16 winners from round five

By Road: Minehead is around 2 hours drive from Bristol. Heading north the simplest route is to take the M5 to Taunton (Junction 25), then take the A358 and A39 to Minehead. Heading south on the M5 you can follow the signposts for the A39 from Junction 24. You can’t miss us; we’re just half a mile along the seafront road from Minehead town centre.

If you’re travelling by train, the nearest main line station to Minehead is Taunton, there no station in mine head and Taunton is 25 miles away. A bus transfer service is operated by Southern National between Taunton station and Minehead.
