Covid Testing on arrival to Hotel:
Lateral flow testing will take place on Sunday 13th June between 09.30 - 16.00 BST
UK based players will receive an allocated testing time.Non UK Players/Managers You need to email email@example.com with you planned arrival time on Sunday June 13th so that testing times can be allocated. Please be on time, if you are running late you must inform Graham Fairhurst.
Once you have been tested, you must wait outside or in your car for you result. For full and final details of what you need to do when you arrive at the hotel is in your 'Players Brief'
If you test positive or have a inconclusive result, you need to read your 'Player Brief'
Going off site:
You are permitted to leave the hotel and arena for 1 hour each day once you have received a negative result, you must follow all health protocols to the full requirements. This includes going for a walk or local shops.
Only DRA licensed managers and bona-fide managers employees will be able to attend these events.
PDC Travel Letter:
The PDC will provide this to players to aid travel, but these will be sent closer to the event date (In time for travel) so that the full requirements are then known due to imminent changes in the UK and Europe. If you do not receive one you must email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to departure to the UK.
If travelling from outside the UK:
You need to be aware of what you need to do to travel, play in the event and return home. Scotland and Wales currently have no restrictions, covid test or quarantine if driving.
Make sure you know what you need to do when you arrive in the UK:
You do not need to do a 2nd & 8th day test or quarantine for 10 days as you are in the UK for less than 10 days and in a bubble, see below.
- You have been tested to enter the UK and have a PDC travel letter
- Travel directly to the hotel.
- Receive a test as you arrive at the hotel.
- Have a test prior to leaving.
- Go directly from the hotel to the airport/dock.

Departure Testing (Non-UK)
There will be NO PDC testing at the hotel on Wednesday June 16th, so if you need a test to return home your options are:
Thursday at the hotel with Concepto, you can still arrange yourself on Wednesday if you want with Concepto, see below (Or have your own preference)
So Thursday testing can be arranged at the hotel, if you do require this PCR Test you must inform us ASAP so we can collate numbers PLEASE EMAIL Zoe at email@example.com Details of costs and payments will follow
IMPORTANT NOTE: To all DUTCH PLAYERS unless you have already arranged this, you will need your test on Thursday which is day 4 of the event which has a 12.00 noon start time. If you have already arranged your test.

Getting to Milton Keynes
The easiest way to reach MK by road is via the M1. If you are coming from the North get off at Junction 14, or from the South, Junction 13. If using the A5 exit at Redmoor Roundabout and follow the signs for Stadium MK. If travelling by train the three closest stations are Milton Keynes Central, Bletchley, and Fenny Stratford.
Getting to Stadium MK
The stadium is 7 minutes from Junction 13 of the M1, and 10 minutes from Junction 14. Follow the brown road signs for Stadium MK when using the A5 or A421 (H8 Standing Way). Milton Keynes is built on a grid system of H Roads (horizontal) and V roads (vertical), we are between V6 Grafton Street and V7 Saxon Street.
There are 1,450 parking spaces around Stadium MK, so there are plenty to choose from. Parking at Stadium MK varies on matchdays and for large events, where traffic management will be in operation and charges may apply.
Milton Keynes is the centre point between London, Birmingham, Oxford and Cambridge. We’re just 35 minutes by train from Central London, and well-served by London Luton airport, just over half an hour's drive away.
