- 08.00 Doors Open
- 08.00-09.30 Registration for first event of all 3 days.
- 09.30 Registration closes, if you are not registered before 09.30 you will not be in entered in the first event of the day.
- 09.30 Draw done, the draw will be displayed in the venue and on DartConnect, play will start 30 minutes after the draw is displayed.
- 12.30 If you are only in event 2 of the day, you must register by this time, if you are in both events you will be automatically registered for both events when you first register.

Format:
The format is best of seven legs up to the last eight, and then best of nine legs for the quarter-finals, semi-finals and final. These events will have an open draw and no seeded players.
Marking:
These events will operate on a ‘loser marks’ basis and will be operated through the DartConnect system. Additionally, the first game on each board will be marked by the last player drawn onto that board.

Travelling to Germany:
As of 16th May 2022 The current Covid regulations are slightly contradictory, depending on the source (i.e. Germany Foreign Office, German Ministry of Health.
In a nutshell:
- Travellers from the UK who are fully vaccinated (2 doses) and can proof this with the UK’s digital vaccination pass, can enter Germany and do not need a test, do not need to fill out a digital entry from and do not need to quarantine. (NHS Covid Pass)
- Travellers who are not fully vaccinated should receive a letter confirming that they are professional athletes, to which event they are travelling and that their presence is due to legal and commercial obligations strictly necessary. These letters are only applicable to Tour Card Holders OR European Tour Events.
From 20 February 2022 pre-departure digital registration is NOT required for travellers from the UK. You may enter Germany from the UK for any travel purpose if you are fully vaccinated. For the updated and current travel info for German travel from the UK Click Here for other EU states Click Here
An FFP2 mask is required to be worn when moving around the venue, unless seated.
Returning to the UK:
If you will arrive in England after 4am, Friday 18 March, you do not need to take any COVID-19 travel tests or fill in a UK passenger locator form. This will apply whether you are vaccinated or not.

Nearest Airport:
Hanover (HAJ) 48 km (32 miles) from the venue. Click Here for MAP. 30-35 Minutes Drive. You can also go direct from the Airport via train to Hildesheim but can take over an hour via Hannover main station.
A taxi, which can be costly but if in a group OK or a Pre-Booked transfer is best option.
