Covid Protocols:
Full and final details of any health protocol requirements will be sent to all players prior to the event following the entry deadline via the PDC event brief.
Registration on all 3 days (Fri (2) - Sat (2) - Sun (1)
- 08.00 Doors Open
- 08.00-09.30 Registration for first event of all 3 days.
- 09.30 Registration closes, if you are not registered before 09.30 you will not be in entered in the first event of the day.
- 09.30 Draw done, the draw will be displayed in the venue and on DartConnect, play will start 30 minutes after the draw is displayed.
- 12.30 If you are only in event 2 of the day, you must register by this time, if you are in both events you will be automatically registered for both events when you first register.
Format:
The format is best of nine legs throughout. These events will have an open draw and no seeded players.

Marking:
Markers may be sourced for this event, but it is more likely they will be self marked, so the events will operate on a ‘loser marks’ basis and will be operated through the DartConnect system. Additionally, the first game on each board will be marked by the last player drawn onto that board.

Travelling to Germany:
The UK is no longer designated as a ‘high-risk area’. If any travellers entering Germany having spent time in the previous ten days in a country designated at the time of entry as a high-risk or virus variant area are required to complete pre-departure digital registration, regardless of vaccination status.
From 20 February 2022 pre-departure digital registration is NOT required for travellers from the UK. You may enter Germany from the UK for any travel purpose if you are fully vaccinated.

An FFP2 mask is required to be worn when moving around the venue, unless seated.
Returning to the UK:
You do not need to take any COVID-19 travel tests or fill in a UK passenger locator form. This will apply whether you are vaccinated or not.

Nearest Airport:
Hanover (HAJ) 48 km (32 miles) from the venue. Click Here for MAP. 30-35 Minutes Drive. You can also go direct from the Airport via train to Hildesheim but can take over an hour via Hannover main station.
A taxi, which can be costly but if in a group OK or a Pre-Booked transfer is best option.
