PAYMENTS:
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
When placing an order, you can choose the most convenient method to suit you. You can pay by SagePay, our secure online payment method, PayPal or telephone us to make payment. Please note, we never disclose customer information to any third party.
SAGEPAY:
SagePay is our 3rd party payment provider, one the largest in the UK. You can pay by Visa, Visa debit, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa Electron and American Express. This ensures your safety when dealing with us, making it a smooth transaction process.
PAYPAL:
Paypal is a well known payment provider used by millions of people with PayPal accounts. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase via PayPal, although it will make it quicker and easier if you do have one. Paypal is now found by clicking through SagePay and selecting PayPal from the menu.
PayPal ECheques:
If you do not have any money in your PayPal account, it will pay for your items by ECheque which takes 10 days to clear, which also means that it will take 10 days for us to despatch the items to you. We recommend only using this method if you have no other way of paying for the items. Please check the PayPal website to read more on ECheques.
COURIER DELIVERIES
Orders for delivery by courier are for Monday-Friday and are sent out by us on a next day delivery service. The majority of parcels do arrive next day, however, some parcels may take a day longer as we are dependent upon the couriers, and on occasion there may be a delay. Customers must be aware of this and accept this when placing an order for courier delivery. Customers must also be aware that courier deliveries can be from 8am-6-30pm and it is the customers responsibility to ensure someone is in to sign for the goods, as any items returned to us will be charged £7 for a redelivery.
Orders placed after 12.30pm are not guaranteed for next day, particularly during the busy season. These will be sent the following day on a next day service.
Orders placed on Friday PM and over the weekend will be sent out on Monday on a next day service.

SPECIAL DELIVERY SERVICE
Any customer choosing Special Delivery is sent generally by Royal Mail, where they claim that all orders reach the stated destination before 1pm the following day. As we are dependent on their services, Darts Corner cannot be held responsible for if the parcel does not arrive next day. Orders placed before 3pm will leave the same day, and if placed on Friday, the parcel will be delivered on Monday before 1pm. Special Delivery service does not include Saturdays.

PERSONALISED ITEMS
Orders that include personalised items will take longer to produce that standard orders and therefore please expect a further 24-48 hours before the items leave us - and occasionally slightly longer during the busy season (Oct-Feb).
Please note that we may take some of the personalised items from our website during extremely busy periods, however, they can still be ordered over the phone.
PERSONALISED ITEMS RETURNS POLICY
Any personalised item(s) (flights, shafts, surrounds, clothing etc) cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.
RETURNS
Any items which are returned for refund or exchange must be received back at our mail order department within 14 days in a new and unused condition and with original packing intact, along with any receipts.
We strongly recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Please note that if you require goods to be sent out in exchange, we do make a further carriage charge. For exchanging large or heavy items the carriage charge will be £7. All darts sent back for a refund will incur a £2 restocking fee, with all other items incurring a 20% restocking fee.
Any refund will be made in the tender type originally transacted.
