The cut off date for all membership applications is Tuesday 15th January 2013 at ’12.00 noon’ for Tour Card Holders & Q-School entries.

You can only be a PDPA member if you are:

(b) invited to play on the PDC Pro-Tour in 2013: Top 64 in PDC OoM after the World Championships i.e. 2-1-13 + other invites and the 2012 Q-School and 2 year Tour Card Qualifiers.
(c) entered into the 2013 PDC Q-School and participate

ALSO

If you qualify for any PDC TV event (Not UK Open/PDC World Cup/GSOD) in a qualifier, as a day member or via a PDC Merit Table, you are then required to be an associate PDPA member prior to play. i.e. £400 membership is required prior to the commencement of the event or a prize money deduction form completed.

If you qualify for the UK Open TV Finals as an amatuer or PDC World Cup you also have a choice of becoming an associate member prior to playing in that event

Once Q-School has concluded in January 2013, no further PDPA memberships will be taken until the 2014 season, unless as a non-member you qualify for a PDC TV event (See Above)

The PDPA reserves the right to change or alter these rules at any time, in consultation with the PDC

For Associate Membership via Q-School, you are required to have played at the Q-School; Entry alone does not determine Associate Membership. If you enter the Q-School but do not play you will forfeit your entry fee, unless a medical certificate can be issued and a refund will be issued.

If you play at least once you will be classed as an Associate Member.

If you join the PDPA during the season by virtue of qualifying for a PDC TV event (See Above) you will also be classed as an associate member, but QSOoM players will take preference in UK Players Championship entry.

If you turn down a tour card, your membership will not be terminated but you will be unable to play in any UK Pro-Tour events unless otherwise determined by the PDPA & the PDC. You can next play in the 2013 PDC Q-School, unless you are still in the top 64 in the OoM in 2013 and are invited again for a Tour Card.
