Information on the PDC, PDPA, 2012 events hotels, travel etc
If you are now a TOUR CARD holder make sure your ‘Full Membership’ upgrade is paid before the commencement of the first event i.e. Benidorm 28th January 2012.
This is £200, and can be paid on-line on the website on the same area the Q-School entry was done ‘Under Tour Card Upgrade’
All players at the recent Q-School will have received a PDPA players pack, if you did not pick one up please let us know: in this pack is;
1/An entry deadline date sheet, this can also be downloaded from the current calendar page on the PDPA website/calendar area
2/FREE PDPA European Travel insurance and FREE PDPA public indemnity insurance
3/A pocket PDC events calendar
4/Stickers, with your PDPA Website Members Area Log-In details: Please put these on your PC & Laptop so you remember

These are not your servasport entry log-in details these will be sent to you separately by the PDC, if you have not yet received these please Email Hayley Scott on hayley.scott@pdc.tv and she will send you these so you can start to enter events.
The Crawley UK Open on the 11th & 12th February has an ENTRY DEADLINE on 31st January 2012 at 2pm, to enter go to your members area on the PDPA website, drop down menu to the ‘Tournament Entry’
When you get to the servasport entry area, use your PDC Log-In details. Once in you may be asked to change your password, don’t lose this.

If you are not a Tour Card holder, you will be classed as an Associate Member:
As an Associate Member you can enter & play in all 8 UK Opens, The PDPA WC Qualifier, Benidorm and the 2 Ireland events.
To play in the 5 European Darts Tour Events, you need to enter by the entry deadline date and play in the Qualifier on a Friday night (On Your Entry Deadline Sheet) if you qualify you receive £100 (This does not go on any merit tables) you would then need to book your flights and hotel, details of which will be on the Travel Page on your members area.
If you qualify you will be guaranteed prize money.

To play in any UK Players Championships:
You must first enter the event before the entry deadline date.
Once the deadline date has passed, any shortfalls in entries i.e. 128 not achieved these places will then be offered to QSOoM table players in order of your QSOoM Table ranking. E.g., So if there are 118 entries this leaves 10 places vacant, the next 10 players who have entered the event will take these places in order of QSOoM ranking.
Remember, if you want to play in the event you must ENTER first before the deadline date

5 European Tour Events:
These 5 events are new to the PDC calendar, to play in these events you again must enter the event before the entry deadline.
Once the entry deadline has gone, the top 32 players who have entered in the PDC OoM will be the 32 seeds.
All remaining players will need to play in the qualifier on the Friday night, (Details on the website) you may only need to play 1 or 2 rounds to qualify so be aware of this.

If you go to your members area there is a travel section, do take some time to look around this area it will have additions regularly on travel, hotels, deals and members benefits. Also on this area is a discussions box where members can discuss travel, hotels etc between each other.
