Taylor ‘POWERS’ to 10th World Grand Prix Title

TAYLOR REIGNS SUPREME, as he takes his 10th World Grand Prix Title with a resounding win over Irishman Brendan Dolan.

Dolan who has the week of his life, found it a bridge too far in the final but the runners-up cheque of £40,000, a 9 Dart checkout bonus of £5,000 and a 2 year place in the Grand Slam of Darts is as good as it has been for the Irishman.

He is also now guaranteed a place in the World Championships and a rise in the rankings to just outside the top 20, which is his highest and any Irishmans highest placing on the PDCs OoM.

Taylor took the 1st set 3-1 despite losing the first leg, which included a 12 dart leg which whitewashed Dolan in leg 3.
