The planned PDPA AGM during the Derby Players Championships has been moved, the PDPA AGM which was due to be held at the Moorways Leisure Centre on Saturday the 3rd September to give members a chance to attend the open forum has reverted back to its original date Wednesday 14th September 2011 at 10.00am in the associations office due to unforeseeable circumstances. Members will still have the opportunity to vote during the Derby event and ask any questions to the PDPA board members in attendance. PDPA members will also have the opportunity to forward either any suggestions, proposals or ideas they would like to be discussed at the AGM at Derby or these can also be forwarded to the registered office at info@pdpa.co.uk In 2012, further to a deal with a major hotel chain, the PDPA are planning to have all further meetings the night before PDC Pro-Tour events in the official tournament hotel to look at giving its members the best opportunities to attend any Open Forums or meetings planned.
