Lewis Ends Taylors Premier League

World Champion Adrian Lewis stunned World No 1 and current Premier League Champion Phil Taylor with a resounding win in the first semi-final. Lewis got off to a great start going 3-0 up but Taylor fought back and had 2 darts at double 10 to go in at the break 3-3 but crutially missed. Lewis didnt and came out from the interval to take the next 3 legs including a 10 dart leg to put him 1 away from the final, Taylor won the next but Lewis didnt need another opportunity to take the match and go into the final his average of 104.63 showed his class with Taylor just under a 100.

Gary Anderson ensured a replay of the recent World Darts Final with a close fought encounter 8-6 against Raymond van Barnaveld who still has yet to reach the Premeir League Final. Barnaveld led 4-1 before Anderson took 7 of the next 9 legs, despite a 137 finish from the Dutchman both players missed crucial doubles, Andersons power scoring was the key with 7 180s and 10 140s.
