Stena Line offers you discounted fares which will be available on their Economy, Flexi & Premium motorist brochures. Your percentage discount will be available on all Stena Line Irish Sea routes.

This year the best fares are online and booking could not be easier.

Via Your PDPA website, travel area, Log on to www.stenaline.ie/event on your link/download then enter your first name, surname and event number password which is a special code specifically assigned to your club only. This is on the Link They make the booking in the normal way selecting which fare suits their need.

They will have the choice of our Economy, Flexi & Premium fares but I recommend that they select the Flexi fare as this has the best options re:

• Changing their booking , no amendment fee
• Full refund up to 24hours before departure

Economy
Our lowest fare, regardless of when you book. A good choice if your travel plans are fixed. Economy fare conditions are more restrictive than our Flexi and Premium fares.

• Amendments:

If you wish to change your booking simply pay a €25 amendment fee, plus any difference in fare.

• Cancellations:

Economy bookings are non-refundable.

Flexi
Designed to give you greater flexibility and peace of mind at a reasonable price, our Flexi fare is only €10 more than an Economy fare.

• Amendments:
• No amendment fee is charged, you just pay the difference in fare. The difference in fare will not exceed

€25 when you amend your booking within 7 days of your booked departure.

• Cancellations:

Full refund if your booking is cancelled up to 24 hours before departure. 50% refund if your booking
is cancelled within 24 hours of travelling.
Premium-Our First Class Fare
Our Premium fare offers you the most favourable conditions, greater flexibility and access to the Stena Plus lounge as well as express boarding and disembarkation, all for only €20 more than an Economy fare. Premium – a VIP experience not to be missed!

• Amendments:

No amendment fee is charged, you just pay the difference in fare. The difference in fare will not exceed
€25 when you amend your booking within 7 days of your booked departure.

• Cancellations:

Full refund if your booking is cancelled up to 24 hours before departure. 50% refund if your booking is cancelled within 24 hours of travelling.

Follow the instructions and your booking will be made in the normal way and the 10% discount will automatically be deducted from the fare that the competitor selects whether Economy, Flexi or Premium. Full payment is required by credit or debit card.

All PDPA members can access the web page and make bookings provided they have the correct web address.  Please ensure the correct vehicle type is chosen to avoid any problems or surcharges at the port.

We would like to take this opportunity to remind you that the percentage discount has been arranged for the members travel requirements and their misuse will result in the facility being withdrawn.  Proof of identity must be shown if requested.  Failure to do so will result in excess charges at the port.
