CHARITY DARTS NIGHT IN GLASGOW 15/08/10

PDPA members arrange a charity darts night in aid of cancer research.

On Friday 29th October 2010, The Harley’s Sky Bar in Rutherglen, Glasgow will host the charity event Back to the Future head to head.

Already confirmed is one of the legends of the game ‘The Iceman’ Alan Warriner, further PDPA junior members are also featuring Anthony Urmston and Thomas McIntosh with further names to be added. The night will consist of audience participation, challenges, raffles, darts memorabilia auction, and head to heads, with all proceeds going to cancer research.

Two of the organisers Paul Gillings and Thomas McIntosh are delighted to get the event confirmed and have ‘The Iceman’ to give it extra clout.

They are still looking for 4 players to kindly donate there time and participate in this night all for a good cause. They wish for at least one PDC original to take part, aswell as a couple of top players at the moment.

They would be greatful to any players that take part, but alternatively if players can’t but would like to perhaps donate something for a raffle that would also be fantastic and all donations will be mentioned in the programme on the night.

Charity nights are all about two things; Raising funds for the respective charity and having some fun.
